Blind Factory Reset for DVD30 and all SP/SPA models

If your TV is not showing the On-Screen-Display, follow below steps to reset the settings to factory default.

SPA20 and SPA21

• Press MENU button
• Turn the selector knob ONE click to LEFT
• Press ENTER on front panel of the SPA21
• turn the selector knob TWO clicks to LEFT
• Press ENTER on front panel of the SPA21
• turn the selector knob TWO clicks to RIGHT
• Press ENTER on front panel of the SPA21
• Wait 20 seconds
• Turn the selector TWO steps to the LEFT
• Press ENTER
• Wait for about 20 seconds
• Restart the SPA21

SP31

• Press MENU
• Turn selector ONE step counter clockwise, press ENTER
• Turn selector TWO steps counter clockwise, press ENTER
• Turn selector TWO steps clockwise, press ENTER
• Wait for five to seven seconds for factory reset to complete

To use these settings after a restart of the unit, the settings need to be saved:

• Press MENU button ONE time
• Turn selector TWO steps and press ENTER
• Wait for five to seven seconds for settings to be saved

SP32/SPA22

• Press MENU (first button from the left)
• Turn selector knob TWO steps counter clockwise.
• Press ENTER button (second button from left)
• Press ENTER button
• Wait for restart...

SP32/SPA22 HD/4KVM

• Press MENU (first button from the left)
• Turn selector knob TWO steps counter clockwise
• Press ENTER (second button from left)
• Press ENTER
• Turn selector knob, ONE step counter clockwise
• Press ENTER
• Wait for restart...

SP25/SPA25

• Press and hold the standby button for 10 seconds (display will show count-down)
• Wait for restart...

DVD30:

In standby mode, hold STOP button down while pressing STANDBY button
