If only one speaker loses input (as opposed to both speakers in your setup losing their input at the same time), it indicates that there may be interference of the WiSA signal.
Please follow these guidelines carefully:
- Check if the location of your WiSA enabled device (SC15 Prisma/PRE35 Prisma) is optimal:
- Make sure there are at least three (3) meters between the router of other wireless equipment and your WiSA enabled device
- Avoid having walls between the WiSA enabled product and the speakers
- Avoid having the router placed in between the WiSA enabled device and the speakers
- Check WIFI settings
- Try to avoid MESH networks
- Try to connect to the 2.4GHz band
- Try to avoid having too high bandwidth, aim for 20MHz or 40MHz
